As another year ends, I find myself reflecting on the journey — both joyful and challenging — which shaped 2025 for all of us. Through the ups and downs we are blessed to have the opportunity to walk through life’s most meaningful chapters together.
We’ve celebrated milestones — retirements (long planned and well earned), new careers, homes purchased, children and grandchildren. These moments of growth and joy are incredibly rewarding, and it has been a privilege to share them with you.
We have also been there for the challenges life throws our way. The loss of loved ones, health issues, and unexpected life transitions which all require strength and resilience. During these difficult times we are here, committed to supporting you through every season—not only the bright and joyful, but the ones which require extra care and compassion along the way.
As I reflect on Compass’ journey this year, I am thankful and appreciative of our team and the continued growth of our firm. Our team’s dedication, expertise, and passion make Compass a wonderful place to be every day. We all have unique talents, but the common thread across our team is the genuine level of care we have for clients and one another.
As 2025 winds down, we are happy to introduce a new team member who joined us recently. His name is Steven Tallman, and his goal is to become a financial advisor at our firm.
