Caleb Pearson joined the Compass team in September of 2012 and became a part owner in 2017. Caleb wears many hats at Compass: He is a financial advisor, resident “techy", CFO, and Chief Compliance Officer.
Caleb grew up in the West Des Moines area and enjoyed seeing it grow over the years. He graduated from the University of Iowa in May of 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in percussion performance.
Outside of working at Compass, you can find Caleb spending time with his wife Kayla and 3 children Kennedi, Madeline and Weston. Between softball, baseball, basketball and volleyball, most nights/weekends are spent running around cheering on the kids. When he isn't cheering them on you can find him cheering on his other favorite sports teams (Go Chiefs! Cubs! Hawkeyes!). Caleb also enjoys smoking meat, golfing, hunting, traveling and spending time outside whenever possible.
